Step 1: Set Up Your Salesforce Email

  1. Navigate to your Contacts section in Salesforce
  2. Click on Send List Email
  3. Select your desired recipients for the campaign

Step 2: Add Your Dynamic Video Thumbnail

  1. Go to your Dynamic Videos campaign in Sendspark
  2. Click Share Campaign
  3. In the modal that appears, type “Salesforce” to access the integration options
  4. Copy the provided thumbnail link

  6. Click the Image icon in the email editor
