Use the Team Insights dashboard to see how your whole team’s videos are performing: top performers, the member leaderboard, saved reports, and PDF export.
Team Insights is your workspace-level analytics dashboard. Instead of opening one video at a time, you see how everyone’s videos performed together: who sent the most videos, whose videos get watched, and which content earns the most clicks. Open it from Team Insights in the left sidebar.
Team Insights is in beta. The dashboard is live and its numbers are real, but we’re still adding widgets and refining the experience. You’ll see a Beta label next to it in the sidebar. The Add widget drawer also lists widgets we’re still building, which show a coming soon placeholder once added. See what’s available today below.
Click Team Insights in the left sidebar. The dashboard loads with your saved layout and your last-used reporting period.
While Team Insights is in beta it takes the place of Team Overview in the sidebar, so you’ll find your team’s numbers here instead. Most figures Team Overview showed have a widget on this dashboard, which you can add from Add widget. One difference to plan around: Team Overview reported all-time totals, while Team Insights reports on a period reaching back at most 180 days, so all-time figures aren’t available here yet.
The range control in the header sets the window for every widget on the dashboard at once. You can pick:
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
Last 90 days, the default
Custom range, any start and end date, going back up to 180 days from today
If we hold less data than the range you asked for, the header names the range actually covered and notes that it was shortened from the range you picked. That’s a data-availability limit, not an error: the numbers on screen are correct for the shorter window shown.
Two dropdowns sit in the toolbar, and both narrow every widget at once:
All members: pick a member to see only the campaigns they created
All campaigns: pick a campaign to see only that one
You can apply one, both, or clear them independently. Filters are temporary: they reset when you leave the dashboard and are not stored inside a saved report.
Four cards, each naming the #1 member for one measure over the selected period:
Card
What it ranks
Shown as
Most views
Total views their videos earned
Number of views
Best conversion
Share of viewers who clicked a call-to-action
% CTA rate
Most active
Number of videos they created
Videos sent
Most engaging
Average share of each video watched
% average watch
Each card is ranked on its own, so one member can lead every card or none of them. A card stays blank only while nobody qualifies for that measure yet. Nobody can hold a CTA rate, for example, until their videos have been viewed.Once there are views to divide by, a card crowns a leader even when the winning figure is 0%. A Best conversion card reading 0% means the team’s videos were viewed but nobody clicked a call-to-action, not that the card is broken. When the whole period has no activity, the widget shows a single empty state instead of four blank cards.
The leaderboard lists your team members with four columns:
Videos: videos the member created in the period
Views: how many times their video pages were opened
CTAs: call-to-action clicks their videos earned
Likes: thumbs-up likes currently in place on their videos
Click any column heading to rank by it. Ranking is always highest-first, the top three get 🥇🥈🥉, and your own row is tagged you. Under each name you’ll see their job title, or Workspace owner for the owner.Teams of ten or fewer are shown in full, including members sitting at zero. In a larger workspace the board shows the top ten members who have a number in the column you sorted by, and the footnote tells you how many of your members are on display, reading something like Showing 4 of 53 members. Sort by a different column to surface whoever leads it.
The footnote “Views count per video: one visit on two videos counts twice” explains why the leaderboard’s views can add up to more than the workspace total elsewhere on the dashboard. The leaderboard counts views per video, so one person who opens two of your videos is counted on both.
Attribution follows the campaign creator. A member’s figures cover the campaigns they created, and never change hands afterwards.
The period selects videos, not events. A member’s figures cover the videos they created inside the window you chose. Views that land later on an older video don’t pull that video back into the report, which is why a longer period can show more views without anyone having watched anything new.
Videos counts what the member created, whether or not anyone watched. A member whose videos went unwatched still shows the videos they made.
Views counts video page opens, the same way the per-video Analytics modal does. Opening a page is not the same as playing the video.
Likes counts likes that are still in place. If a viewer likes a video and then removes the like, it doesn’t count, and liking twice doesn’t count twice.
CTA rate counts people, not clicks: the share of unique viewers who clicked a call-to-action. One viewer clicking twice is one conversion.
Average watch is weighted across every video and visit in the period, so in a busy workspace one fully-watched video can’t outweigh hundreds that were watched most of the way through. Small samples still swing hard: a member with a single view that ran to the end shows 100% average watch.
Rates are left blank, never zero, when there’s nothing to divide by. A member with no views yet shows an empty CTA rate rather than 0%.
Team Insights isn’t real time. Figures pass through a few layers of caching, so give a new video or a fresh view two to three minutes to appear. If a member is missing from the leaderboard altogether, that usually means they have nothing in the period you’ve selected rather than that their numbers are lost.
Add widget opens a drawer with everything available, grouped by category and led by the set recommended for your workspace. The drawer stays open so you can add several in a row, and it has a search box. Press / to jump into it. Your dashboard starts with KPI cards, Activity over time, Top performers, Member leaderboard, and Top videos.
Drag a widget by the handle in its header to move it, and drag its bottom-right corner to resize. The grid reflows around it.
Remove a widget with the ✕ in its top-right corner. Adding it back later restores it with its default size.
Reset layout puts the recommended set back.
Layout changes save on their own. The toolbar confirms with All changes saved.Which widgets you can add depends on your plan. On Solo the dashboard shows the recommended set, and the rest of the widgets appear in the drawer marked as premium with an upgrade prompt, so you can see what’s included before you move up. Growth, Team, and Business include every widget.

Because Team Insights is in beta, the drawer also lists widgets we’re still building. You can add them to your layout, but they’ll show a coming soon placeholder instead of data: Watch funnel, Conversion funnel, Engagement depth, Source breakdown, Top referrers & UTM, Engagement score distribution, Multi-stage funnel, AI insights, and Hot leads.
A report is a named dashboard layout, so you can keep one view for your weekly team review and another for a single campaign.Open the Report dropdown in the header to switch between your reports, or to:
New report: save the current layout under a name
Duplicate: copy the report you’re on as a starting point
Rename: rename the current report
On any report other than Default you also get Set as default, to make it the one that opens first, and Delete. The Default report itself can be reset but never deleted, which is why those two actions don’t appear while you’re on it.Reports save as you work, so treat them as shared rather than private. If another member opens the same report and rearranges it, their layout can replace yours. Private, per-member reports are on the roadmap. Until then, if you want an arrangement nobody else will disturb, save it under a name your team knows to leave alone.Workspace owners and admins can see every member’s saved reports, so don’t treat a report name as somewhere to keep something to yourself.
Click Export PDF to save the dashboard as it appears. The widgets, the reporting period, and any filters you applied are all named in the export, so the file still makes sense weeks later. Wait until the widgets have finished loading before exporting, so nothing lands in the file half-drawn.
Team Insights is in beta and the Add widget drawer lists everything planned for the dashboard, including widgets we haven’t finished. Adding one keeps its place in your layout and it will start reporting as soon as it ships, so there’s no need to add it again. See which widgets are available for the current list.
Where did Team Overview go?
While Team Insights is in beta it takes the place of Team Overview in the sidebar. Your team’s numbers are all on this dashboard, and if one you relied on isn’t showing, add its widget from Add widget. Team Overview’s all-time totals are the one exception: Team Insights reports on a period reaching back at most 180 days.
Which plans include Team Insights?
All of them. On Solo the dashboard shows the recommended widget set, and the remaining widgets appear in the Add widget drawer marked as premium with an upgrade prompt. Growth, Team, and Business include every widget.
Why hasn't my latest video or view appeared yet?
Team Insights isn’t real time. Figures pass through a few layers of caching, so allow two to three minutes. If a member is missing from the leaderboard entirely, check the reporting period first: they may have created nothing inside the window you’ve selected.
Why does a member show videos but no views?
Videos counts what they created; views counts what recipients opened. A member who created videos that nobody has opened yet will show videos with zero views. It’s the most common pattern for videos sent in the last day or two.
Why is a member's CTA rate blank instead of 0%?
A rate needs viewers to divide by. Until someone has viewed that member’s videos there’s no denominator, so we leave the rate blank rather than credit them with a 0% they never earned. The same applies to average watch.
Why does Best conversion crown someone at 0%?
Because there were views to divide by, but no call-to-action clicks. A blank card means nobody has been viewed yet; a card reading 0% means the videos were watched and nobody clicked. Both are working as intended.
Do removed likes still count?
No. The Likes column counts likes that are currently in place. If a viewer likes a video and then unlikes it, the like disappears from the count, and liking, unliking, then liking again counts once rather than three times.
Why do the leaderboard's views add up to more than the workspace total?
The leaderboard counts views per video. One person who opens two of your team’s videos in the same visit is counted once on each video, so per-member views can sum to more than the workspace’s count of distinct visits.
Why does the header say my range was shortened?
You asked for a window that reaches further back than the data we hold. The dashboard shows the range it could actually cover and says what you originally asked for, so you’re never comparing a 90-day figure against a shorter one by accident.
My team has more than ten people. Where is everyone?
The board shows the top ten for whichever column you sorted by, and the footnote says how many of your members are on display. Sort by a different column to see who leads that one. Everyone is included in the ranking; only the display is trimmed.
Does filtering by member change the leaderboard?
Yes. Every widget on the dashboard, including the leaderboard and Top performers, follows the filters and the reporting period you’ve set.
Are my saved reports private to me?
No, treat them as shared. Workspace owners and admins can see every member’s saved reports, and if another member opens the same report and rearranges it, their layout can replace yours. Private, per-member reports are on the roadmap. Until then, keep a layout you rely on under a name your team knows to leave alone.
Can my manager see the reports I've saved?
Yes, if they’re a workspace owner or admin. Saved reports are visible across the workspace rather than scoped to the member who created them.
How is this different from a single video's analytics?
The per-video Analytics modal answers “who watched this video”. Team Insights answers “how is the team doing” across every campaign in the period, broken down by the member who created it.
