Sendspark released the “Watched” feature on February 2nd, 2022, which shows the portion of your video that each viewer watched. Because the data wasn’t captured before that date, the Watched column stays empty for older sessions. An empty value doesn’t mean viewers skipped your video — only that the data wasn’t recorded for that session.

The bad news is we don’t have “Watched” data from before February 2nd, 2022, so the Watched column will be empty for those sessions.
