📹 How to Send Dynamic Videos Through GoHighLevel

In this guide, I’ll walk you through how to send dynamic videos using Sendspark + GoHighLevel (via Lead Connector). 🚀

🔑 Step 1: Log in and Select Your Account

  1. Log in to your GoHighLevel account.

  2. If you manage multiple accounts, pick the one you’re working on ✅.

👥 Step 2: Upload Your Contacts

  1. Head over to Contacts in the left menu.

  2. You can add contacts manually ✍️, but the best option is to upload a CSV file.

  3. Map your fields (First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Website 🌐, etc.).

    • Missing a field? Add a note or skip it.

  4. Select Create a list from the contacts and give it a name (e.g., First List).

  5. Click Submit ✔️.

⚡ For small lists, the upload finishes almost instantly!

📝 Step 3: Create a Template (Optional but Recommended)

  1. Go to Marketing → Templates.

  2. Select Blank Template 📄.

  3. Name it something simple (e.g., New List Template).

  4. Open your Dynamic Video Campaign in Sendspark.

  5. Click Share Campaign → Lead Connector (GoHighLevel).

  6. Copy the code snippet 📋.

  7. Back in GoHighLevel, add a Code element to your template.

  8. Paste the snippet and hit Save 💾.

🎉 You’ll see the video thumbnail/cover show up.

ℹ️ Note: GoHighLevel won’t yet link dynamic contact data at this stage—this is just the template setup.

📤 Step 4: Create and Send Your Campaign

  1. Go to Marketing → Campaigns.

  2. Click Create Campaign ➕.

  3. Choose your saved template (e.g., New List Template).

  4. Fill out the email details:

  5. Under recipients, choose Smart List 📋 → select the list you uploaded earlier.

  6. Click Send ✉️.

⏳ Step 5: Wait for Delivery

  • GoHighLevel may take a few moments to process ⏱️, depending on list size.

  • Once complete, your dynamic video emails are live! 🎬

🛠️ Troubleshooting Tips

  • ❌ Don’t see the thumbnail? → Make sure you pasted the Sendspark snippet into a Code element.

  • 📂 List missing? → Double-check your CSV import under Contacts → Lists.

  • 🕒 Sending slow? → Larger campaigns take longer as GoHighLevel runs background checks.
