Welcome to Sendspark! Here's a quick checklist to make sure you've set up your account for success.
1. Install Video Recorder
We have two video recorders you can use... We recommend installing both!
Chrome Extension — This lets you record videos from anywhere on the web. We recommend installing it for speed and ease.
Desktop App — This is a little more powerful, and will let you record over anything on your computer (including Google Slides and PowerPoint presentations)
2. Set Personal Settings
Upload your Profile Picture — This shows up on your video requests, and adds an extra personal touch.
3. Update Workspace Settings
Set Global Styles — Brand your videos with your own logo and brand styles
Install HubSpot App (if applicable) — so you can track viewer engagement directly in HubSpot, and create Sendspark videos in HubSpot workflows
4. Invite Your Team
Add Team Members — To collaborate with team members in the Sendspark platform.
5. Advanced Setup
Add Custom Domain — So you can share videos from your own domain URLs
Add Analytics Snippets — to add your Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other tracking snippet on Sendspark video pages.
Add your LinkedIn Cookie — This lets you use LinkedIn profiles in your dynamic videos.
