Dynamic Videos is one of the most powerful tools in Sendspark. It lets you record one video and automatically create thousands of personalized versions using AI voice cloning. Each video can dynamically include your lead’s first name (and other variables, depending on your plan).
How Dynamic Video Minutes Work
Every time you generate videos through a Dynamic Video Campaign, you use minutes from your monthly plan. Each plan includes a specific number of Dynamic Video Minutes (DVM). You can view all Sendspark plans on our pricing page.
How Minutes Are Calculated
Here’s how usage is determined:
If you record a 1-minute video and generate it for 100 contacts, you’ll use 100 minutes.
If you record a 30-second video for 100 contacts, you’ll use 50 minutes.
Minutes are measured exactly by second. They are not rounded up.
One of the best ways to optimize your Dynamic Video Minutes is by using intro videos.
One of the best ways to optimize your Dynamic Video Minutes is by using intro videos.
For example:
Record a 15-second personalized intro (using your AI voice with a variable like “Hi {{first_name}}”)
Combine it with a longer pre-recorded video for your campaign message
Only the intro video will consume Dynamic Video Minutes. The second video, no matter how long, doesn’t use additional minutes.
This lets you reuse one short intro across multiple campaigns while keeping usage minimal.
