This seems complicated, but will only take 2 minutes, and is very likely to fix your audio / sync issue. Follow these steps to disable hardware acceleration:

First, open your chrome settings by clicking on the top-right menu

Inside settings, click on the “Advanced” menu on the left side of the screen and then select the “System” option. Or, you can navigate directly here by typing chrome://settings/system on the address bar.
