Overview

Learn how to set up an automation to receive a notification whenever someone watches your video from a dynamic video campaign.

βš™οΈ Step-by-Step Setup

1. Go to Agentic Workflows

  • Navigate to Agentic Workflows in your account

  • Click Create New Automation


2. Set the Trigger

  • Select Sendspark as the trigger app

  • Choose the event:
    πŸ‘‰ New Video Watched

You’ll see two options:

  • From a specific campaign

  • From any campaign

πŸ‘‰ Select specific campaign (recommended for better control)


3. Choose the Campaign

  • Select your account

  • Click Update List

  • Choose the dynamic video campaign you want

  • Click Save


4. Add an Action

  • Click Add Action

You can choose different apps like:

  • Slack

  • Email

  • Others

πŸ‘‰ In this example, select Send Email


5. Configure the Email Notification

  • To: Your email address

  • From: Your connected account

  • Format: Text (simple and effective)

Email Body Example:

The video for {{First Name}} ({{Contact Email}}) has been played.

Campaign: [Your Campaign Name]

  • First Name

  • Contact Email


6. Save & Activate

  • Click Save

  • Turn the automation ON

You’ll receive a notification every time someone watches your video from the selected campaign.
