This article will show you how to remove the "created by Sendspark" legend from a thumbnail when sending videos via LinkedIn messages.
When you send a video to LinkedIn messages, you simply paste the video link in the message and send it out. The moment you do that, LinkedIn will automatically deploy a thumbnail.
If you see "created with Sendspark and Sendspark.com" at the bottom of the thumbnail, it's because you haven't fully white labeled your account yet:
The "Created with Sendspark" legend can be easily removed when you are on the landing page step of generating videos in a dynamic campaign. If created with Sendspark, it is because the header in the landing page section was left empty.
Basically anything that you put in the header will actually come up in that thumbnail.
This is a great opportunity for adding the "Hey First Name" personalization so you can actually have the lead's name in that thumbnail. To do that, see the following image.
IMPORTANT: If you have already shared the video on LinkedIn, notice that they cache images. That means that you'll probably need to regenerate the video so that a new link is provided to avoid LinkedIn pulling a cached thumbnail
Finally, in order to change the sensepark.com at the bottom of the thumbnail, you simply need to connect a custom domain to Sendspark.
Simply head to your workspace settings to start the process:
