# What Video Formats Can I Upload to Sendspark?

> Learn which video formats work with Sendspark uploads. MP4 and MOV are supported - discover all compatible file types here.

Sendspark accepts **.mp4** and **.mov** video files for upload. Formats such as .avi, .wmv, .3gp, .flv, .mkv, .mpeg, .mpg, .mts, .vob, and .m4v will not upload. If you need to use one of the unsupported formats, [email us](mailto:hello@sendspark.com) and we'll see what we can do.
