# Outreach - Send Personalized Videos at Scale
> Learn how to send personalized videos at scale using Sendspark's Outreach integration to boost email engagement by up to 16x higher.
To send personalized videos at scale in Outreach, create a video in Sendspark with dynamic variables (first name, company, job title), copy the Outreach share snippet, and paste it into an Outreach template. Use that template in direct emails or sequences, and each recipient's tokens populate automatically for a personalized experience.

## 1. Create your video in Sendspark
When you create your video message in Sendspark, you can use dynamic variables as placeholders for your viewer's first name, company name, and job title.
When you send your video in Outreach, these variables will automatically populate with the correct viewer's information.
If the correct information is unknown for any viewer, Sendspark will display [fallback variables](/how-merge-tag-fallbacks-work).
## 2. Copy the Outreach share snippet
From Sendspark, click **Share Video**
Under **"Share with Personalization,"** click on **Outreach**.
Note, if you don't see Outreach on the share modal, you can [follow these steps to modify your shortcuts](/how-to-modify-shortcuts-on-share-modal).
And then under **Personalize Video**, click **Copy Snippet**
This will copy the Outreach video snippet to your clipboard.
## 3. Paste into an Outreach template
Now, you can go over to Outreach and **create a new template**.
**Paste** your Outreach video snippet right into your template.
**Save** your new template!
## 4. Share your video email
Now, you can use your personalized video template from anywhere in Outreach, including:
* Direct emails to customers in Outreach
* Direct emails in Gmail / Outlook, as long as you have the Outreach Chrome Extension installed
* Sequences (of course!)
When you select your video template, the personalization tokens for your viewers will populate, so you can send one video to many people, and still deliver a personalized experience.
