This guide will walk you through the process of sharing your Sendspark Dynamic videos through Salesforce by embedding them in your email campaigns. Dynamic videos automatically personalize content for each recipient while maintaining a professional appearance.
Prerequisites
Access to Salesforce with email permissions
An active Sendspark account with Dynamic video campaigns
At least one contact in your Salesforce database
Step 1: Set Up Your Salesforce Email
Navigate to your Contacts section in Salesforce
Click on Send List Email
Select your desired recipients for the campaign
Step 2: Add Your Dynamic Video Thumbnail
Go to your Dynamic Videos campaign in Sendspark
Click Share Campaign
In the modal that appears, type "Salesforce" to access the integration options
Copy the provided thumbnail link
Return to your Salesforce email composer
Click the Image icon in the email editor
Select Web Image
Paste the thumbnail link and click Insert
Step 3: Link Your Dynamic Video
Go back to your Sendspark campaign modal
Click on Salesforce Video (this is the second link you'll need)
Copy this video link
In your Salesforce email, single-click on the video thumbnail you just inserted
When the thumbnail shows a selection outline, click the Link option
Paste the video link URL in the link field
Click Save
Step 4: Send Your Email
Add a subject line to your email
Review your email content
Click Send to deliver your Dynamic video campaign
Note: When you preview or test the email, you'll see the original background video used in your campaign setup. However, each recipient will automatically see their personalized version when they click the video thumbnail.
Tip: The system automatically selects the appropriate personalized background for each contact based on the data associated with their Salesforce record, ensuring each recipient gets a tailored video experience.
