How to set up Sendspark for Zoho

Learn how to set up Sendspark for Zoho integration to track video engagement data and measure business impact in your CRM dashboards.

The Sendspark for Zoho integration allows you to easily measure the impact video is having on your business.

This integration will allow you to send Sendspark page visits to Zoho to track engagement with contacts and visualize video engagement data in dashboards.

Requirements

  • An active Sendspark account (the Sendspark for Zoho integration is available on every plan)

  • An active Zoho SalesIQ account

Integrate Sendspark with Zoho

  1. Go to your Sendspark integrations tab

  2. Next to Zoho, click Connect

  3. Enter your SalesIQ widget code

  4. Save changes

  5. You should see that Zoho is enabled now 🎉

Where to find your SalesIQ widget code

  1. Navigate to SalesIQ > Live View> Brands, choose your brand, or create one.

  2. In your brand page, choose your brand, click Installation > Website

  3. In your block of code, look for your widgetcode

  4. In this example, the widgetcode is d308fa45f4b6ba3edf6841e3467f57f34ee67fd004bd2a02f10d4649d1e7ff6a

  5. That is the value you want to paste into Sendspark
