How to set up Sendspark for Salesforce

Set up Sendspark for Salesforce integration to track video engagement data, measure impact, and sync page visits with leads

The Sendspark for Salesforce integration allows you to measure the impact video is having on your business.

This integration will allow you to send Sendspark page visits to Salesforce to track engagement with individual leads, contacts, and user records, and visualize video engagement data in reports and dashboards.


Requirements

  • An active Sendspark account (the Sendspark for Salesforce integration is available on every plan)

  • An active Salesforce Experience account with access to your business unit ID


Integrate Sendspark with Salesforce

  1. Next to Salesforce, click Connect
    ​

  2. Enter your Salesforce Organization ID:

  3. Save changes

  4. You should see that Salesforce is enabled now πŸŽ‰
