Learn how to send Sendspark dynamic videos through Mixmax using HTML embed code. This allows your recipients to see a clickable video thumbnail directly in their email.
⚙️ Step-by-Step Setup
1. Go to Your Dynamic Campaign
Navigate to your Dynamic Video Campaign
Make sure your videos are already generated
2. Copy the Mixmax HTML Code
Click Share Campaign
Select Mixmax
👉 This copies the HTML embed code that displays the video thumbnail in your email
3. Paste into Mixmax
Go to your Mixmax sequence or email
Place your cursor where you want the video preview
Paste using:
Cmd + V(Mac)Ctrl + V(Windows)
👉 A placeholder will appear in your email editor
4. Adjust the Thumbnail Size
Hover over the placeholder
Choose:
Best Fit (recommended)
Or resize manually from the corner
5. Understand How It Works
The placeholder will look empty in the editor
Once sent, it automatically becomes a video thumbnail
