🎬 How to Automate Video Emails: HubSpot → Sendspark Workflow
This workflow automatically:
✅ Generates a personalized video in Sendspark
✅ Enrolls the contact into a HubSpot Sequence
✅ Sends an email containing the dynamic video
⚡ Step 1: Set Up the Trigger (HubSpot)
1️⃣ Go to Workflows in HubSpot.
2️⃣ Click Create workflow.
3️⃣ Set your Trigger — this defines when automation starts.

⚠️ Important:
Make sure the Sendspark integration is installed.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps and confirm it’s connected.
🎥 Step 2: Configure Video Generation (Sendspark)
1️⃣ In your Workflow, click Add Action.
2️⃣ Select Sendspark.
3️⃣ Choose Create a Video.
📝 Required Fields
✔️ Acknowledge Charges
Check the box confirming potential dynamic video minute charges.
🌐 Background URL
Select “Use email domain as background URL” to ensure a background appears even if the contact has no website property.

📩 Step 3: Enroll Contact in a Sequence (HubSpot)
1️⃣ Add another Workflow action: Enroll in a Sequence
2️⃣ Choose your Sequence (example: “Feb 18”)
3️⃣ Assign:
👤 Sender
👥 Contact Owner
4️⃣ Click Save
✉️ Step 4: Add the Video to Your Email Template
1️⃣ Go to the Sequence you selected.
2️⃣ Edit the email step.
3️⃣ In Sendspark, open your Dynamic Video Campaign.
4️⃣ Copy the snippet code specifically for HubSpot Sales Hub.
5️⃣ Paste the snippet into the body of your HubSpot email.
6️⃣ Click Update to save.
