🎬 Integrating Sendspark Dynamic Videos into ReachInBox (Step-by-Step Guide)

This guide walks you through how to take your already-generated dynamic video campaign from Sendspark and use it inside Reachbox to launch personalized outreach at scale.

🔧 Step 1: Retrieve the Campaign Snippet Code

Before starting, make sure your dynamic campaign is complete and all videos have been generated.

  1. Open your ready campaign and click Share campaign.

  2. In the search bar, type “reach”.

  3. Select Reach inbox.

  4. The snippet code is automatically copied to your clipboard.

  5. A confirmation message will appear at the top of your screen.

📤 Step 2: Upload Leads to ReachInBox

  1. Go to ReachInBox.

  2. Click Drag and Drop to upload your CSV file of leads.

    • (Optional: You can download the lead template from the page.)

  3. At the mapping step, mapping is not required. You can simply continue and finish the upload.

🧩 Step 3: Paste and Integrate the Snippet Code

  1. Paste the snippet code using:

    • Command + V on Mac

    • Control + V on Windows

  2. (Optional) Drag the video element to resize it if needed.

👀 Step 4: Preview Your Email

  1. Click Preview Email.

  2. Confirm that the video renders properly—this is exactly how it will appear to your recipients (e.g., on dans.com or hiDan.com).

🚀 Done!

Your dynamic Sendspark video campaign is now fully integrated into ReachInBox and ready to launch.
