How to Create & Send AI Personalized Videos in HubSpot Sales Sequences

1. Create Your Sendspark Dynamic Video
Start by creating your dynamic video in Sendspark. Make sure to leave a placeholder where the viewer's first name should go!
2. Add Video to HubSpot Email Template
Now, we want to add the video placeholder to your HubSpot email. This will become the real video when you send out the campaign.
From your Dynamic Video Campaign in Sendspark...
Click "Share Campaign"
Click on "HubSpot Sales Sequence"
Paste this directly in your email template, where you want the video to go
3. Create Automated Workflow to Generate Videos
Now, we want to set up an automation to generate AI-personalized videos for every person who gets added to the HubSpot Sequence.
Create a new automated workflow in Sendspark
For the trigger, select "HubSpot: Contact Updated"
Click on the funnel to refine this further
Add a condition that "Last Sequence Enrolled" is equal to the HubSpot Sequence ID
You can get the Sequence ID by looking in the URL of your HubSpot Sequence
Add another step for "Sendspark: Create Dynamic Video"
Add to your dynamic video campaign in Sendspark, and map in the fields from HubSpot
Hit "Start" to turn this workflow on!
