# Embed HighLevel (GHL) Calendar with Videos

> Learn how to embed HighLevel calendars with Sendspark videos so viewers can schedule meetings directly from your video page.

Sendspark makes it easy to embed HighLevel calendars next to videos, so your viewers can schedule a meeting with you without ever leaving your video page.

To embed a HighLevel (GoHighLevel) calendar, create a calendar in HighLevel, open **Share**, and copy its **permanent link** — not the embed code. In Sendspark, open the video, toggle **Calendar** to **On**, set the provider to **HighLevel**, and paste the permanent link. The calendar appears in the preview and viewers can book right from your video page.

## Key takeaways

* Use the HighLevel **permanent link** (from the calendar's **Share** menu), not the embed code, when connecting it to Sendspark.
* In Sendspark, toggle **Calendar** to **On**, choose **HighLevel** as the provider, and paste the link.
* You can attach a HighLevel **form** to the calendar to collect extra details (first name, last name, email, phone) when someone books.
* If you rebuild or edit the calendar, grab the permanent link again in case it changed, then re-paste it in Sendspark. You can save the video setup to reuse it later.

## How to embed a HighLevel calendar with your video

1. In Sendspark, click a video to open its edit/share page, where you set up everything around the video.
2. In your HighLevel account, go to **Calendars → Calendar settings** and click **Create calendar**. A **Simple calendar** is the easiest option — name it and save.
3. Open the calendar's **Share** menu and copy the **Permanent link** (not the embed code and not the other link options).
4. Back in Sendspark, toggle **Calendar** to **On**, set the provider to **HighLevel**, and paste the permanent link. Give it a moment to load in the preview.
5. (Optional) Save the video setup so you can reuse this configuration later.

## How to collect extra details with a form (optional)

1. In HighLevel, go to **Sites → Forms** and create a new form (**Add form → start from scratch**).
2. In the form builder, edit the fields you want to collect (for example first name, last name, email, phone), name the form, and save.
3. Return to **Calendars → Calendar settings**, open your calendar, and click **Edit**.
4. Open the **Forms and payment** tab and use the dropdown to select the form you just created, then **Save**.
5. Grab the calendar's **permanent link** again (in case it changed) and re-paste it in Sendspark with the provider set to **HighLevel**. Now the booking flow includes the extra step that collects your prospect's information.

## Frequently asked questions

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Which HighLevel link do I use — the embed code or the permanent link?">
    Use the permanent link. In the calendar's Share menu you'll see several options; the permanent link is the one that works in Sendspark. Do not use the embed code.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I collect information when someone books a meeting?">
    Yes. Build a form in HighLevel under Sites → Forms with the fields you want (first name, last name, email, phone, or anything else), then attach it to your calendar under Calendar settings → Forms and payment. The booking flow will then include an extra step to gather that information.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I edited my calendar and it stopped loading. What should I do?">
    Editing or rebuilding the calendar can change its permanent link. Open the calendar's Share menu, copy the permanent link again, and re-paste it into Sendspark with the provider set to HighLevel.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do I have to set this up every time?">
    No. You can save the video setup in Sendspark and reuse the same calendar configuration whenever you want.
